With a strong partnership with global Fortune 500 organization, Siemens and their leading low code platform, Mendix, Sustaira offers a building block approach which translates into highly flexible customization options, seamless integration capabilities, and overall agility to allow organizations to adjust to any future stakeholders requirements or policy changes that are expected. The organization is also strategically partnering with global and regional ESG and Sustainability Consultancy firms and technology providers and implementation partners. Sustaira uses a three tiered model, with Sustaira technology as the core and implementation and delivery services as well as ESG and Sustainability Consulting surrounding it.

Yes! Sustaira is the certified implementation partner of Siemens low-code platform Mendix, which is used for this project. In the event of issues, malfunctions, or troubleshooting, what tech support is offered? What customer support management does the organization offer? What documentation is provided for additional support, tech support or otherwise?
The platform has automated monitoring tools that are active to prevent malfunctions. But for issues we support ticket messaging using a feedback option in our system. A support engineer will respond to the ticket within 24 hours. Yes! Sustaira has an included CSM program with recurring meetings to ensure our collaboration is a mutual success. Documentation will be provided for all configurable items in the system as well as a description of all the API related items.

How stable and mature is the low-code platform provider? Does the platform mitigate any risk?
Yes! Sustaira and the underlying low-code platform Mendix (owned by Siemens) is very secure and stable. Mendix is considered the leader in the low-code platform industry according to Gartner. See https://www.mendix.com/resources/gartner-magic-quadrant-for-low-code-application-platforms/ Sustaira is a privately held company and therefore not allowed to disclose financial operational information. That said, the Founder and CEO of Sustaira has complete ownership of the company and self-funded the organization based on financial gains of his share in Siemens acquired companies Mendix (2018 at $730 million) and TimeSeries (2021) and is financially very stable.

How open is the platform in terms of costs and capabilities? Can you extend the platform? How easy is it to export your app off the platform?
Yes! The Sustaira platform is very open, also in terms of investments and models. Pricing is based on three core variables of: 1 Annual platform licensing fee depending on number of apps and functionalities; 2. Number and type of users accessing the platform and applications 3.
